Current, valid driver's license with at least 3 years remaining before expiry. Must be issued by FRSC.
Requirements:
- Must be current and valid
- Minimum 3 years validity remaining
- Issued by Federal Road Safety Corps
- Clear, readable copy (front and back)
Proof of Address
Recent utility bill (not older than 3 months) or tenancy agreement showing your current residential address.
Accepted Documents:
- Electricity bill (PHCN)
- Water utility bill
- Tenancy agreement
- Certificate of occupancy
- Valid voter's card
Passport Photograph
Recent passport photograph on white background. Digital copy should be clear and recent (within 6 months).

FCT Taxi Registration
Valid FCT taxi driver registration certificate. Must be current and issued by the appropriate authority.
Requirements:
- Current registration certificate
- Issued by FCT Transportation Department
- Valid for current year
- Clear copy of entire document
Guarantor Information
Details of two guarantors including their contact information, employment details, and identification.

Proof of Income
Evidence of regular income from taxi operations. Can include bank statements or payment records.
